Privacy policy
Effective October 8, 2026
SOLTIAZ is a tool that handles financial data. It would make no sense to collect more than necessary about the people who visit its website. This page says exactly what is collected, why, where it is kept, and how to opt out.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by Gestion PMCO inc., a company incorporated in Quebec.
184, rue Du Chanvre
Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec G3A 2V4
Canada
Privacy officer: Philippe Meunier, contact@soltiaz.com
What is collected
Your email address
Only if you provide it yourself through the early access form. It is the only personal information this site asks you for. The language of the form you use is also kept, as explained below. No name, no phone number, no financial data.
The language of your sign-up
The form exists in French and in English. The version you use is kept with your address, so we can write to you in the right language.
Audience measurement without cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know the number of visits and page views, the pages viewed, the site you came from, your country, browser, operating system and device type, and how fast pages load. A visit is counted from the originating page, without identifying you. This tool sets no cookie and uses no storage in your browser; it does not fingerprint you from your IP address or your browser, and follows no one from one site to another. The data is collected and processed by Cloudflare, our host, through a small script loaded from its servers. Measurement is not enabled for visitors from the European Union.
Technical hosting data
Like any web server, our host logs visitors’ IP addresses and browser types, for security and attack prevention. These logs are kept briefly and are not used to identify you.
What is not collected
- No cookies of any kind: not advertising, not session, not analytics. No tracking pixels, no embedded social networks.
- No fonts or resources loaded from a third-party server when you browse the site, except for Cloudflare’s measurement script described above: everything else is served from our own domain. Your IP address is not disclosed to any other third party, except to Mailchimp at the moment you send the form.
- No brokerage, portfolio or account data. This site is a presentation page; the application will have its own privacy commitments when it opens.
Why your email is used
To write to you about SOLTIAZ: to confirm your signup, to tell you when access opens, and to share development news. Nothing else.
Your address is never sold, rented, traded or disclosed to a third party for commercial purposes.
Where your data is kept
The mailing list is hosted by Intuit Mailchimp, whose servers are located in the United States. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, whose network is global.
This means your email address is stored outside Quebec and may be subject to local laws there, including access requests by U.S. authorities. By signing up, you accept this disclosure outside Quebec. If that is a problem for you, do not use the form — you can write to us directly.
How long
Your address is kept as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, it is removed from the active list and permanently deleted no later than twelve months after you leave.
Your rights
Quebec privacy law gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
- Unsubscribe: the link is at the bottom of every email. One click, no questions asked.
- Access, correct or delete: write to contact@soltiaz.com. We answer within thirty days.
- Complain: if our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Security
Exchanges with this site are encrypted in transit. Access to the mailing list is restricted and protected by two-factor authentication. No system is infallible: in the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, you will be informed, and so will the relevant authorities, as the law requires.
Changes
This policy may be revised. The effective date at the top of the page always indicates the current version. We’ll email you about any significant change if you are subscribed.
This text is written in plain language and faithfully describes our practices. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel. If you spot an inaccuracy or an omission, write to us.
